Kailee

Hello! I'm Kailee and I was born and raised here in Thief River! I graduated from Concordia College in May with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry as a pre-medical student! During my gap year(s), I decided to come home and work at a place that has felt like home to me since I was a little kid -- Northwest Eye Center. When I was six years old, I underwent a corneal transplant due to an injury I sustained as a two-year-old. After the injury, I came to Northwest Eye Center and the doctors here were the ones who referred me to the ophthalmologist who restored my vision! Because of my transplant and all the doctors who have helped me over the years, I am on the path to medical school where I wish to pursue a career in ophthalmology!
